- Any item explicitly marked as "Not eligible for Return or Exchange" in the description will not be accepted for return or exchange.

- As curators working with artisan-centric brands, our handcrafted products undergo rigorous quality checks. However, since the garments are made using natural processes like natural dyes and handwoven fabrics, it may lead to irregularities, highlighting the uniqueness of each piece. Please review product descriptions carefully; these irregularities are not defects but distinctive features celebrating the handmade nature of our items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@canvasandweaves.com within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@canvasandweaves.com. We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
REFUND
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are determined by local authorities and are not included in our listed prices.
These are payable by the customer directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.
